The library
Calling it the library is a misnomer: it's actually 4 libraries in one building, next to each other.
The main library is on 2 floors and while you can enter from either floors, there are also elevators and stairs just between those two floors.
When people say they are going to the library, this is where they are going: there are plenty of workrooms and books on every subject.
The public records library houses well, public records. Notary reports, land registration. The college is actually a repository for the country for some obscure reason and most of the people in that library are attorneys or officials are the main users of it.
There is actually a parking space for that specific library which doesn't require a parking permit. Apparently, the county record's office partially burned down in the 1800s and the college offered to host the remaining records for a reasonable fee and it was more efficient for the county to take the offer.
Inside the public records library is the rare book library filled with books from the 1700s and 1800s (and early 1900s). You can't actually touch or borrow the books without filling out a form.
The final library is the medical library which hosts the more advanced medical books for the medical students.
