The ceiling of the garage is 4 steps lower than the rest of the house, so the second floor is split in two, with a gap under part of Erika's room.
Also, the scale of the rooms doesn't work well... But at least, you get an idea. For example, Erika's room is actually bigger than Iris' room, but the plan says otherwise.
