The cast of the 3rd College Chastity Game
In Game 3, there is a main couple, Averi and Monty, who are in each of the chapters. The other characters simply interact with them and affect how they live their lives.
Imagine is Allan from game 1, was already dating someone and they began meeting the various characters of the game.

Alexis is a tease. All she wants, is to be the center of attention for men. She doesn't necessarily want to have sex with them, but she wants to be in their desires, in their dreams, to be an object of fantasy.
She knows she has the body for it, but once she moved to the High Rhine Enclave for work, she realized that the male chastity meant that she could tease all men without risk.
But then, she also realized that the HRE was in effect, clothing optional. As such, she decided to claim being a naturist, so she would be nude at all time, teasing the men.
Her hope, with Averi, is to furn her into being a tease like her. Perhaps even for both to be nude to tease the men? Alexis will be torn with that, since she loves being the only nude woman in the Enclave, but Averi is her boss and she is one of the rare women she actually desires.

April is the microeconomic planning manager and a firm believer in female sexuality. She thinks that women who have a positive sexuality and doesn't believe in humiliation, domination or BDSM. But she does think that firm chastity is the only way to remove pressure on the woman to center sexuality on the penis, and thus, to allow her to focus on her pleasure.
Working closely with Averi every day, she will open up about her view on chastity and try to get Averi to share hers. She even has tips and hopes to double-date with her colleague and their husbands to openly talk about it. She might even accept to be pleased by her husband while Averi is pleased by Monty next to her, but provided there is no contact between the men or the two women. If pressed, a swap might be acceptable...

Avery is the main female character of Game 3. After getting a huge promotion, she moves with her husband to the High Rhine Enclave with her husband Monty and is a little overwhelmed by the lifestyle imposed by the small nation and her position in society.

Married to Averi, Monty works as a cybersecurity consultant so he doesn't mind moving with her to the High Rhine Enclave, and yet, when he arrives, is in for a shock and has doubts. Still, he trusts Averi.

Stan is a widower who worked for the Bank in the High Rhine Enclave for over 40 years, or decades before enforcement of Male Chastity.
When that was being rolled in, his wife was fighting cervical cancer, and later died from it, taking a big part of Stan with her. Now, he is just waiting for retirement, putting everything in his job.
He now works in Averi's team.

Carla and Casey were each offered a position at the bank when they were relatively fresh out of college. Back then, the enclave was a lot less radicalized and Casey was offering a big position in the bank's marketing department which allowed them to quickly pay the chastity tax. Slowly, Casey began having fewer controls and ended up in a simply copy writing job

Carla manages the market analysis department and works closely with Averi, being the previous team coordinator and grooming Averi to replace her. Carla, personally, is a strong believer in female empowerment, notably sexually. Unlike April, however, she enjoys actual penetration and frequently unlocks her husband. He is encouraged not to ejaculate when having sex with her, and to be locked back without an orgasm, but isn't punished when he fails. She is open to lesbian sex, especially with Averi.

Elke works for April in the microeconomics planning team, and lives on the same floor as Leanne and Kiara, with whom she occasionally has sex with. But Elke's pleasure comes from laughing at men, at humiliating them. At reminding them that being locked in chastity, they are reduced, weak. She laughs at them, and while she is interested in sexuality with men, she doesn't see men in chastity as men, but rather as little boys who don't deserve her, or well, anyone else.
With women, Elke is attracted to like-minded women. In this case, it's Averi who will find Elke attractive and will agree to become an humiliating woman to get closer to the object of her attraction.

Faiza is a good Muslim Analyst who was hired by the bank to help manage their Muslim market analysis. Joi's apartment is on the same floor as Averi, with a communicating door between the two apartments. Joi wants Averi, she finds her sexy, and just wants some casual sex with her.

Kamala is an event organizer in the High Rhine Enclave, and she is mostly gay. She is officially dating Sophy, but while Sophy, an attorney, is gay, she is mostly asexual, so Kamala sleeps around with the permission of her girlfriend.
They love each other, and go on dates. They look like the perfect couple, but Kamala goes elsewhere for sex. Sophy doesn't even mind being in the room, and sometimes like to watch with a glass of wine, but that's it. Sophy has a lot of respect at work for Averi he would love for Averi and Kamala to have sex in front of her. She wouldn't even mind Monty and Kamala having sex, provided she has a good bottle of wine for the occasion.
Both live together, on the same floor as Avery, Joi and Kesi.

Kamala's girlfriend, she loves her with a burning passion, but sex just doesn't make sense to her. You get sweaty, it takes time, and it's not that worth it. So, she encourages Kamala to have sex outside their relationship, even in their bed, but doesn't participate much. She does like to watch, it's her girlfriend after all. The one thing that Sophy will not stand is when Kamala has sex with men, since she feels like their sex drive is so high that Kamala might prefer them. Moving to the High Rhine Enclave was a nice compromise, since men there are in chastity. She works for Carla and with Willow in the global market analysis team.

Kesi fell deeply in love with Faruq, a refugee in the UK, where is she from. Quickly, she discovered that the patriarchal ways he was raised with (which he doesn't like) pleased her and quickly, she decided to be his submissive in every way, even putting a thick septum ring to show her devotion. While travelling to Germany with Faruq they had a layover in Switzerland to save money and at the airport, authorities realized that Faruq's family (but not him) are international criminals. He is denied boarding an airplane, and if he leaves Switzerland, will be arrested. Yet, the country doesn't want him as a resident, leaving the couple stranded in the airport until they discover the High Rhine Enclave and get permission to immigrate there, the only country where they will be safe from deportation. Accepted as refugees, they are located on the same floor as the Immigration minister, Joi, as well Avery.
If Averi and Monty decide not to buy Monty's freedom, they will get the option to free Faruq instead, which will get two consequences: one, Faruq will agree to be Averi's bull and master, should she wish to (including controlling Monty too), and two, Kesi will accept to be Averi's sexual maid, when Faruq wished it.
As such. Monty and Averi get a master. Faruq, and Averi, when not under Faruq, gets a part time slave, Kesi.

Married to Kesi, Faruq grew up in a rich family that runs in international crime syndicate, but he doesn't want to be a criminal. Kesi was his ticket out as he decided to work in import-export and with her, managed to build his own independent money.
Until they were stuck in Switzerland and had to go in the wretched HRE, where they were accepted as refugees, but they are unable to find gainful employment, surviving only on the free rent and the tips Kesi makes from being a maid.

Leanne is a redhead analyst who works for Averi, along with Kiara and Pepper. The three are inseparable at work and get along very well. So well, that Kiara and Leanne moved in together in Leanne's apartment and relegated their respective husbands to Kiara's former apartment. Leanne is actually the daughter of the current prime-minister and a firm supporter of permanent chastity, getting her two work friends to join her movement.
Strong headed, Leanne is a strong activist who often gets in fights with Skyler.
But if Averi and Monty do not pay the tax, Leanne might want to recruit her boss in her movement, including having between Kiara, Averi and her while Pepper handles the husbands. She is also up to presenting Averi for introduction into the Black Velvet via her mother.

Jason is Leanne's husband and one of the rare high-ranking male officials at the bank. He supervises the bank offices outside the HRE and is allowed to travel for work. When in the HRE, he sleeps in the daycare run by Pepper, and rarely actually sees his wife outside of official functions.

Kiara immigrated to the High Rhine Enclave to get a better job, since African-American Queer women don't have much of a place in finance in the USA. She quickly found Leanne and fell in love with her, only marrying her husband because she is expected to handle a male submissive to rise in the ranks.
She is deeply in love with Leanne and will do anything to get her approval, not realizing that despite being mostly homosexual, Leanne is hetero-romantic.
Still, Kiara proposed that she moved in with her so that their husbands cohabitated, and Leanne's mother encouraged her to do so. Now, Kiara gets to live with the love of her life, even if she isn't loved equally back.

As such, she is legally owned by the Black Velvet owners who enjoy torturing her and abusing her. Raquel, in reality, loves it, but she isn't convinced that reporting the unlocking of all males in the enclave to the Black Velvet administrators is appropriate.
However. Raquel is also used to recruit new members to the Black Velvet, who have to be dominant kinky bisexual women who do not hold the key to their husband's chastity devices.

Skyler is one of the financial analysts who works with Averi. She is a staunch supporter of Female Led Relationships and controls her husband, Derek, with a firm grip, keeping his chastity device even closer.

Derek has a simple life, but he doesn't quite understand how he got there. He was minding his own business when his neighbor basically took him in. She was sweet and bossy, but more importantly, there for him.
At first, it was fun. Having company, someone to pass the time, but then, she became more... clingy, and even more bossy.
It pleases his mother, but when asked him to marry her in a female led relationship, he was worried but couldn't say no. When they decided they would move to the High Rhine Enclave and lock him in chastity, that was a lot, but he was in already and liked having her control his life.
Only now, he is completely, legally, under her ownership and realizes that, he wouldn't want it any other way.

Stella manages the Regional Market Analysis department, and loves her job. She actually own a large (but quaint) house in the countryside of the Enclave, in the hill covered Northern part, which she bought using down payment money from her parents. In her sizable house, she kindly offers shelter to single or discarded men in exchange for paying a portion of the rent, and accepting to submit to her. As a result, she runs a sort of harem of men which she lures with her kindness and then firmly control once they sign her legally binding submission contract. Usually keeps to herself, but takes to a liking for Averi and might agree to let her spend a weekend or two with Monty in her home.

Tancy is the personal trainer for the bank. She has her gym on the first floor of the bank, and any employee with a high enough clearance can book sessions with Tancy to train. Nadine could officially book an hour every month, Averi every 2 weeks, Leanne every week, for example. Tancy isn't sexual, but she is into fitness and is willing to physically punish those who do not improve and sexually pleasure those who do, both male and female without asking (or wanted) anything in return. She is Nadine's neighbors (with an open internal door between their apartments) and a frequent visitor of the Red Velvet where she loves to punish her clients (and her husband) who fail to reach their goal.
