At tea time, you share completely basic banalities about the wheater and then each go your own way. At meal times, she reads the paper or browses the Internet on your phone.
She get friends over and she can talk for hours with them (and you) and you end up not even knowing anything worthwhile about her.
But, at any time that there are no vanilla friends around, you can grab her pony gag (a rubber bar between two rings that can be locked on her head), and she will help you put it on without saying a word.
While you fetch the rest of her gear (boots, bittens, tail butt plug made from her own blood hair and collar), she will strip naked where she stands and then wait for you to finish transforming her into a pony girl.
As a pony, she will be completely passive and obey your every words. If the location doesn't allow sex, she will have sex with you at home. You can bring other ponies and you can instead go with her (and other), to a hotel room or their house to also have sex with them.
If you meet a non-pony girl who wants to become one, you can bring her home and use other pony girl parts Lily owns to train her and then, if you didn't have sex on that location, have sex with her (and Lily).
But if she comes on another day, you will not be unlocked. It's the same if you bring other man to have sex with Lily at home as pony: she will agree, but will not unlock you.
If you go their home however, she will.
In short, her actions as a pony depend entirely on which mode she is in, and your unlocks depend enterily on if she is a pony outside of the house, with other people seeing her as a pony.
Once you leave a location where you had sex with at least one person, she will ask you to relock yourself prior to leaving that location (or if home, prior to falling asleep).
Unlocks and releases
Lily unlocks you for sex on each visit to a BDSM dungeon or fetish event in which she is a pony girl. You can then have sex with her on location, or once you get back home. If you find other pony girls willing to have sex with you, you can have sex with them there or bring them home.
